At our Conscious Island Spiritual Resort Community in San Cristobal, Bocas del Toro, Panama, we believe in the power of adaptability and conscious decision-making. Our flexible master plan is designed to evolve with emerging opportunities and align with the teachings of Dr. Joe Dispenza.

Ownership Evolution through SPV

We will create a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) entity for community members’ ownership, ensuring a gradual shift of decision-making from developers to the Homeowners’ Association (HOA) as each section develops. This approach allows us to stay nimble and adapt to changing market conditions while safeguarding future sections for development.

Designing a Vision

Our journey begins with the conceptual and architectural plans for our villas and community structures. We’re in the exciting stage of conceptual design, moving through schematic design, design development, and construction documents. Each step is imbued with the conscious intention to create a harmonious and breathtaking environment.

Sustainable Living

Embracing sustainability, we’re crafting a self-sustaining utilities model. We’ll harvest our water, harness solar and wind power, and thoughtfully process wastewater. This eco-conscious approach reflects our commitment to minimizing our ecological footprint.

Expert Guidance

A qualified construction management company will oversee the bidding process and manage construction. We’re also conducting a Category 2 Environmental Impact Study to ensure compliance with all regulations, aligning with our respect for nature.

Bringing Our Vision to Life

Our Sales & Marketing team is dedicated to executing our project promotion plan. As we progress with sales and joint venture partnerships, we’ll expand into Sections 2, 3, 4, and 9, envisioning a marina and resort, all while keeping the community’s values at heart.

A Home for All

Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, and 12 are dedicated to residential development, either by us or through aligned joint ventures. Sections R1, R2, and 11 are our ecological reserves, honoring our connection with nature.
